"Amazing stay "

"I'm not a total neat freak but there were a couple hairs on the pillows and bedding when I arrived, which was disconcerting. There was a piece of croissant on the floor as well near the bed that housekeeping missed. Overall, however, the staff was very attentive and helpful and the water was hot in the bath and sink. The water stained wallpaper in the sink area left a little to be desired but I ignored it as I do believe they are still renovating (?) I loved that there was a microwave, iron,...

"O hotel oferece boas condições, quarto bom, camas confortáveis, bom banho, apenas o exaustor muito barulhento. O café da manhã deveria ser mais organizado, com mais opções, sem precisar fazer pedido, pois 1 funcionário só não dá conta de tudo. "

"Hotel velhinho, barulhento! Pedimos um quarto que não ficasse em frente à rodovia, mas os colocaram em um quarto bem em frente da rodovia! Barulhento à noite! Café da manhã com poucas opções e quando acabava alguma coisa, NINGUÉM repunha! Não recomendo! Devem ter opções melhores em Flagstaff! Obs: ficamos só uma noite por causa de uma tempestade (chuva e neve) que estava se formando! "
