"O hotel oferece boas condições, quarto bom, camas confortáveis, bom banho, apenas o exaustor muito barulhento. O café da manhã deveria ser mais organizado, com mais opções, sem precisar fazer pedido, pois 1 funcionário só não dá conta de tudo. "

"The property is in the process of being remodeled. It did appear that they were doing everything they could to make stays comfortable. My biggest complaint was there was no ground level entry. You have to go in the back door and down a small flight of stairs, walk the entire length of the lower level to get to the check in desk. I am disabled and if I had known that we might have stayed at a different property."

"Hotel velhinho, barulhento! Pedimos um quarto que não ficasse em frente à rodovia, mas os colocaram em um quarto bem em frente da rodovia! Barulhento à noite! Café da manhã com poucas opções e quando acabava alguma coisa, NINGUÉM repunha! Não recomendo! Devem ter opções melhores em Flagstaff! Obs: ficamos só uma noite por causa de uma tempestade (chuva e neve) que estava se formando! "

"We had an issue with a plastic plumbing fitting that broke on the shower. Nobody came to fix it, so my husband put a hose clamp on it so I could take a shower. House keeping did not clean the room on our two night visit. Whomever installed the bathroom mirror installed it about 2" to low. It interfered with using the bathroom sink plunger. We reported thjs to the front desk. It renained unaddressed for our stay The free breakfast was excellent. The location was subperb. The room was quiet."
