"The manager Anna couldn’t have been nicer. She greeted us with a cup of tea and biscuits and allowed us to check-in early and was very helpful with suggestions of things to do in the city. Rooms were comfortable and quiet and included on-site free parking. Location just a short walk into the centre. Breakfast also very good with lots of options. "

"This was a nice room for two people and all the facilities were as described. The photos are an accurate representation. Great communication via WhatsApp/text with Kelvin House prior to our departure, which was greatly appreciated. It would be useful to have a mirror in the room as well as in the shared bathroom. "Delighted with the hotel and the restaurant. This time my wife and I did not have our usual companion, our Border Terrier with us as we had been attending a wedding. We would love to use the hotel again, but. as there is a no pets policy, then this unlikely to happen. The refurbished bathroom with walk in shower was excellent with one little fault - the rain shower head really needs to extend further into the shower cubicle!"
