"Overall everything was good, our only issue was after being there for a few days we noticed the toaster was full of crumbs, obviously not been emptied for quite some time, and the oven tray had not been cleaned after it had been used. We hadn’t met the owner, so decided it was easier just to clean them both before using them. On the hole, everything else was excellent. "Our stay at the Westgate Manor was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Hosts, Stuart and Kathryn give a very high standard of personal service to us and made our short stay memorable. "A lovely welcome to a lovely, remote Old Mill house..! The place is beautiful but needs a little TLC which works are being carried out now. The room was OK, big enough but a very cold bathroom - no heat in there at all.. The bed was old & creaky but clean & we slept OK. Tea & Coffee in the room. Bar area and breakfast was first class - always served with a smile. Open fire in bar area made it very cosy. We would stay again. Would love to see the place a little busier which I'm sure it will be...
