"The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the marina. We booked this property for three nights and enjoyed the accommodations very much. The owner reached out before our trip to find out if there is anything specific we needed. We informed her about our preferences and they were both met. I highly recommend this property for a stay when people are traveling for the purpose of spending time in San Diego within walking distance or a short drive to the marina."

"This property is terrific for just 2 people. If you have rented a car it is absolutely a gem because you can park in the garage! Parking in Loma Heights is extremely hard to find— on the street is it and that’s at a premium!. Scott was very responsive, excellent communicator but did not intrude! He made it very easy for us!"

"We stayed here for a few days and it was a comfortable stay except for the heat. The kitchen/ dinning space that you walk into is not air conditioned so when you first walk in its hot in there. It cools down after awhile but we stayed in the bedroom for the most part. If you plan on traveling around and not staying in the space all day it serves it's purpose. Maybe the next upgrade they do is install a split unit in the rooms that can be programmed to cool down a couple hours before you arrive....

"It is such a cozy and perfect place for a couple getaway. The space was clean, tidy and welcoming. The hosts kept to themselves for the most part and were very nice. Finding the entrance was easy as well. It would probably be good as the guest for us to bring our own utensils and bowls. Overall a very wonderful experience!"

"This ADU unit is very cute and clean. The location was excellent for our trip. I had not paid close enough attention to listing and was surprised to find only a Queen Size bed. There is plenty of room for a king and it was odd for a full one bedroom unit not to have it. My husband was having some back issues and couldn't deal with the queen, so he slept on the couch for a whole week. I would not have booked it if I had paid attention to that part! Also note that parking is on the street at...
