"I was in Massachusetts for a dog competition in Northampton. This was the perfect spot. Easy to get to Northampton. Many good restaurants nearby (highly recommend La Veracruzana)some walkable. I felt safe as a lone female. Home was as advertised. Clean and all the necessities provided. Greatly appreciated the dog friendly accommodations!!"

"This property is AMAZING! It is in a circa 1820 house with all the associated charm. My friends and I were attending a dog show in West Springfield. This was close enough for a short drive to the venue, but remote enough to provide all the peace and quiet you need. The owners are extremely accommodating with dogs. Those that show dogs truly appreciate this and it made for a fantastic experience. The dogs loved it too! If back again, I will definitely look to book the house again. "

"7 family members and my daughters bff. We had plenty of room for everyone. Great location to places we needed to go to. Plenty of parking, great neighborhood. Host was great in responding when needed them, couldn’t find the remote for the sailing fan. Plenty of space for people to sit and eat. Plenty of space for us to sit in the living room talk and play games. Great kitchen for cooking. Nice size fridge for all your food and drinks. Highly recommend this host and their house!!Thank you again "

"While a little far away from local attractions, this quiet in law suite was just the right size for a week long stay.The kitchen appliances aren’t perfect, as the kitchen itself was very compact, but the rest of the amenities more than made up for it.And the free breakfast at the owners’ café down the street was phenomenal. Delicious drinks, pastries, and fruit bowls made every morning a good morning. This alone would bring us back to this property should we return to this area."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property and it was the perfect location and size for us while we were vendors at the Big E. The condo itself is large and spacious with comfortable beds, tvs in the living room and two bedrooms, a fully stocked bathroom with laundry, a beautiful kitchen with a fridge with ice maker and water capability. "Loved the caboose! Had so much fun with my family! Plenty of space. Loved that it had full kitchen, AC and bathroom all inside. Wished we stayed longer. Loved the sitting spaces and the history of the caboose from the past. The location was tucked away and quiet and loved the views of the railroad. Would have been more ideal in another section of Palmer but makes sense it was near the Steaming Tender. "

"Fomos recebidos por uma recepcionista mal humorada, de cara fechada, que não levantava a cabeça para falar. Também foi rude, deu respostas atravessadas e irônicas. Não deveria NUNCA estar trabalhando no setor de hospitalidade. A recepcionista foi o primeiro sinal. O elevador estava quebrado “permanentemente”, e ela nos disse grosseiramente: peguem a escada. Ao chegar nos quartos (reservamos dois), os dois quartos cheiravam a mofo, o carpete tinha aspecto sujo e em um dos quartos havia uma poça, que parecia de urina. Desistimos do hotel na mesma hora, e fizemos o checkout duas horas depois, indo para um da rede Hilton. Desastroso, nas fotos parecia algo bem melhor. Não somos “cri-cris” nem demasiados críticos, essa foi a primeira vez que abandonamos um hotel dessa forma. Isso significa que a coisa realmente foi feia. Fujam."
