"Directions and check-in were communicated clearly. The house was clean and well maintained upon arrival. It was stocked perfectly in the kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the views from each deck and especially the roof top! The hot tub was clean and worked great. The beach does disappear for the later part of the day but that wasn’t a problem for us since we don’t really swim. Overall a perfect stay and a great host!"

"We were looking to book a shorter week in Fairfield to check out the university. This property allowed a shorter stay, which was extremely convenient for us. The location was a short drive to the university and within walking distance to the beach. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous. All levels were tastefully decorated, the house was clean, well lit, and included all modern amenities. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and responded in a timely manner. "This house is adorable! We rented it for our adult children and two grandchildren for our wedding weekend. The owner is excellent at communicating and providing information about things to do in the area. The house is immaculate and the sleeping quarters are perfect! I would definitely recommend this house for a family looking in the area and am keeping their information in my records for future use! Cannot say enough good things about the house and the owner!"
