"Bellissima location nel punto panoramico di Spello. Accoglienza perfetta, ci ha ache aiutato a fare le manovre per parcheggiare. Letto comodo ed essendo inverno ci ha assegnato una camera calda e confortevole. Spero di trovare posto qui, la prossima volta che visiterò Spello."

"We had an amazing time. The pictures don’t entirely do the view justice. It is a bit of a drive up the hill from Spello but the view is worth it and only 5 minutes from town. The house is well equipped and Stefano was incredibly helpful. The pool may be small but it was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sun with a cold drink. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !"

"We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

"Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht nur die Betten haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. Wir waren zu dritt, haben uns aber gefragt, wie man als Gruppe von 8 Personen die Mahlzeiten gemeinsam einnehmen...

"I can’t put into words how much our family loved this property and the owners. Nadia will forever have a place in my heart. The home was immaculately clean and welcoming and there is something there for everyone and every age. I loved walking the property. Swimming in the pool and enjoying the magical views. "Absolutely gorgeous property which had us feeling like we were in a fairytale. I’m surprised the birds and squirrels didn’t come in and help me make my bed each day. The views are stunning and the peaceful surroundings are so relaxing. We had chefs for breakfast and dinner - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Gian is helpful and knowledgeable and really puts effort into making sure the stay and the home are top notch. Thank you, Gian! We are just driving away and I miss it already."

"We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio...

"We stayed in the l'ovile cottage and it was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having breakfast outside overlooking the olive trees. Make sure to give yourself an afternoon or two to enjoy lounging at the pool. Our host, Nadia, was very attentive and even helped us with restaurant recommendations. The home is a little outside of town so you can't walk to any attractions, but it was easy to get to a grocery and to Spello. The only suggestion to make our stay better...

"My family of 9 adults and 3 children enjoyed our stay at Collazzone the house suited our needs as there where 5 different family's and we all enjoyed the house and the grounds,the pool and hot tub and games room were all used at different times.
