"We arrived at the property after checkin and left before checkout time, so we really didn't have interaction with anyone while we were there, but the process of receiving the keys and returning them was flawless. "

"You definitely get what you pay for. It is basic budget accommodation at a budget price but as we were only spending the night and out during the day it was adequate. Staff are always busy but friendly and accommodating. The shower pressure is a problem as it is very low but do still work. Sheets were clean and towels are changed daily. There is a communal kitchen for tea, coffee and breakfast cereal for guests to use."
