"We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean and the location nice and quiet. The playground was covered in snow and our daughter loved it! The playground even without snow would be amazing. I would definitely come back here again. "

"Olga wasn’t there, but her coworker Alexander was super nice even though he doesn’t speak English. The property was very cozy and close to the castle. Would recommend staying here!"

Had a bit of struggle with check in as we don't speak Polish and people responsible for keys don't speak English, but with google translator help we sorted it out quickly. This wasn't the host, but locals living next to apartment, had no issue communicating with the host, email replies were quick and informative. "Zakopane is a very busy area but our apartment was quiet with beautiful mountain views. We stayed in 19C, loft apartment and it was wonderful."

"We had a lovely stay for two nights. Positives: -Short walk into town centre -Well equipped, the apartment had everything we needed -Lovely & helpful staff at reception -Comfy bed -Gorgeous view onto street Negatives: -Shower seal wasn’t amazing so the water did slightly leek onto the floor -Small towels, which doesn’t help if you are cleaning up water! "

"Lovely hotel about 5mins to a shopping centre and just a bit further to the main shopping area which has the train station at the end of the street. The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe.
