"Excelente acomodação , seguramente voltaremos ! A único que não gostei foi o atendimento da recepção de 5 atendentes uma única se salvava as demais eram extremamente mal educadas sempre de cara fechada e ao perguntar eram rudes não servem pra trabalhar em recepção com público . "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Aplend Kamzak apartments. Check in was smooth and fast, and we received a comfortable apartment with separate bedroom as booked. It had a small kitchenette, so we also could prepare some or our own meals. Cleaning is only once during your stay, but you can book extra cleaning for a fee. "We got an apartment to be able to go to ski to many close by parks. It was very convenient and fully equipped. The 2 people at front desk we SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful. A superb customer service. Would certainly stay there again"

"Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur schrecklich. Schmutz, Schimmel und Gestank im Bad. Die Dusche ist sogar mit Badeschuhen ekelhaft und ohne nicht benutzbar (sowas schlimmes haben wir noch nie gesehen). Wasserflecken oder übergestrichener Schimmelpilz an den Wänden im Zimmer. Beschädigte und sehr stark abgenutzte Möbel, Spiegel, Türen etc. Da wir die Unterkunft leider über Silvester gebucht haben und kurzfristig keine alternative Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum mehr finden konnten, sind wir...
