"Wir haben eine schöne Zeit im Haus verbracht. Der Garten war sicher eingezäunt, sodass wir uns um die Sicherheit unseres Hundes nicht zu sorgen brauchten. Da die Treppe für ihn viel zu steil war, waren wir froh, dass er problemlos den Lift genutzt hat, der etwas gewöhnungsbedürfig ist. Der Blick vom Haus ins Tal ist fantastisch, das Haus war sehr sauber und bietet sehr, sehr viel Platz. Der Empfang und der Kontakt sowohl mit Luca und Marica als auch mit der Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und...

"Beautiful place and a very friendly and helpful host. Authentic Tuscan farmhouse with no frills. Lovely views all round, especially from the terrace. Excellent bar/ restaurant within walking distance. It was very hot when we were there, so the location of the pool across the road was a problem. Otherwise,great."

"Fantastic Villa with lots of space Overall we had a great stay in this villa and would return. It was clean and description matched well. Everything was in working condition. The Owner was friendly and helpful. Car is essential but there are restaurants in 10min radius. Other places are easily reachable in 60min drive to explore. (For Florence we recommend train from Altopascio) The only slightly negative point was the electricy&gas bill at the end. Make sure you have enough cash left."

"The property is simply huge. There were 7 adults in our party, and there was enough room for everyone to relax. The pool was superb, and there was also plenty of space to accomodate al fresco dining, or simply relaxing in the vast lounge watching tv or just chatting. Every room had air conditioning and we were all able to have our own designated bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dishwasher was a real bonus. The kitchen in fact was more than adequate to accomodate two chefs...

"Our family of 21 people (10 adults and 21 children, aged 0-11!) stayed at Podere Le Rondini for a week and had a fantastic time. The property is beautiful, and the rooms had everything we needed. Each room has its own bathroom, and there are common living and kitchen areas on both floors. Additionally, Nicola is an absolute gem and helped us with everything from dinner reservations to tours to translating, and much more. Overall, this property is an amazing place to stay as a base for Tuscany,...

"Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back!"

"We are on our way back from a wonderful week in Tuscany. The house was perfect for a group consisting of grandparents, a family with a 6 year old and our family with adult children and their partners. We were all able to have privacy as well as large communal spaces. The pool was well maintained and great for all of us. Communication was great throughout. The kitchen was well resourced and we used both barbecues. The house is a short walk from a bar and restaurant which was a reasonable meal....
