"The home was cozy and comfortable in a convenient location. Very quiet in the evenings and felt private even though the homes are close together. David, our host, was extremely responsive to our needs. The loft area provided extra sleeping space (all the beds were very comfortable), and the kitchen was well-stocked with an especially nice selection of teas. "

"We had THE BEST, most relaxing weekend at this property! Being here during the fall allowed us to kick back and not have a care in the world. Our 14 and12-year-old loved having their own space in the loft and their own larger sized beds all to themselves. They were enjoying time with each other, playing board games and chilling out. "We had a wonderful family weekend in Vail. The house was lovely - clean, comforable, well stocked kitchen, and perfect location. It was far enough from downtown to be quiet and peaceful (even enjoyed the northern lights !) but close enough for trips into town and grocery shopping. "The house had everything we needed and more! The views from the front and back were wonderful. It was centrally located to Vail fun and our wedding festivities. "We had 11 family members ranging in age from 25 to 92. Fantastic house with 2 separate living areas and kitchens. Very warm and comfortable. Also the bus stop is right at top of drive which was great for our elderly parents. Would definitely stay here next year"

"Pictures do not give you the overall condition of the property. Toilet seat lid hinge was broken. Two drawers broken, so couldn’t use for clothes. Ceiling fan didn’t work. There’s a sewer type smell in the kitchen area. The couch should be replaced as the cushions have no support. If the owner would spend a little money on upkeep, this cabin may be worth it. I do not believe VRBO should represent this property until these issues are fixed."
