"Hotel reformado, bem localizado, cercado de restaurantes mas reina pela falta de opções para quem vai para Willoughby ou Mentor. Carece de um bom gerenciamento e de controle sobre a limpeza e manutenção. Tapetes dos corredores imundos. A equipe de limpeza faz o quarto na hora que eles podem ou querem. Se você não sair antes do meio dia arrisca de ficar com o quarto desarrumado. Ficamos dois dias seguidos sem limpeza. Já no primeiro dia encontramos a roupa de cama suja, já usada. Um absurdo....

"We found this rental literally on our way driving to Cleveland from Boston. Unfortunately the original vrbo we booked had to be cancelled because a tornado swept through the day before and knocked out all power. We were thankful to have found this one, but unfortunately were disappointed with what we came across. I had to take out the shower liner because of how disgusting it was and had to clean the tub before I let my kids shower. We also realized the toilet seat was broken, but still...
