"Hotel reformado, bem localizado, cercado de restaurantes mas reina pela falta de opções para quem vai para Willoughby ou Mentor. Carece de um bom gerenciamento e de controle sobre a limpeza e manutenção. Tapetes dos corredores imundos. A equipe de limpeza faz o quarto na hora que eles podem ou querem. Se você não sair antes do meio dia arrisca de ficar com o quarto desarrumado. Ficamos dois dias seguidos sem limpeza. Já no primeiro dia encontramos a roupa de cama suja, já usada. Um absurdo....

"Great value for the price! If you want to use the stove or sink you have to bring your own pots or pans, cups paper plates, cups etc. it was clean enough and provided the usual motel amenities. It was quvk and easy and pleasant check in process."

"Only 2 problems was the room. #1 the matteres sit into big wooden frames that have sharp cornrres and #2 the showers , you csn only reach in from the far sliding door, no way of turning on with being able to sdjust without getting wet with cold or hot water"
