"The townhouse was very clean inside and outside, especially the pool. The boys had fun fishing right outside the canal that leads into the bay. There are some great mangrove snappers to catch and eat. Overall the place was small, but we made it work. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish there was a squidgy to help remove some of the water in the patio area. Due to the kids splashing in the pool, the patio collected a lot of water."

"The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The dip pool is anything but. The size of a a small hot tub without the bubbles and heat. Not really worth advertising. Additionally, there is a beautiful boardwalk out back but, you can’t get to it. It’s all boarded up and not accessible. We did really enjoy Duck Key as it’s centrally located in the Keys and the grounds are really nice and well maintained."

" Very cool and very clean place. We saw a dolphin one morning off the back, a jelly fish and a huge manatee another day. A/C was great and place was furnished with all the essentials. Our only complaint was the shower, very poor water pressure and drained slowly as well. Other than that we enjoyed our stay for something different than a standard hotel. Would stay here again "

"I booked this room for a quick trip from miami. Wasn’t sure what I was getting with the deluxe cottage. I looked around the website and still wasn’t quite quite sure. When we finally showed up, it turned out. I had an entire building to myself, which was amazing. The beds were comfortable having a full-size fridge and kitchen made it possible to not have to eat out. The patio balcony faced the ocean so I was able to get have coffee and enjoy the sunrise. "

The property is right on the ocean and is a nice beach but does have lots of grass in the water. The bedroom picture, the picture with pelicans on the dock are also not this property. "Loved everything about our stay except the stairs. I wish we would have known that there was no elevator or if we could have stayed on a first floor. My husband is 75 and the stairs were a little too much. Other than that everything else was perfect. We would definitely go back and stay again on a lower floor condo. Wonderful host! ❤️"

"Always a great location, nice outdoor facilities and beautiful view. However our unit was very tired. The pull out coach was broken and hard to sleep on. The door to one of the cabinets fell off on our last day but repair came right away. "

Wonderful but keep an eye on the bill
"Wonderful place, the pools and sand were great My check out bill had mistakes, I had to insist they were wrong twice before they took it out. I had hotels.com privileges that I was told were computed (I made sure as soon as checked in) when in fact they were not. Then they said it wouldn’t appear in my bill, but everything I consumed was there, thank god for my memory, or I was gonna pay 60 dollars more One dish from restaurant was returned, asked for over easy eggs, they came raw. Attendant was rude Other than this two issues, everything was amazing "
