"It was a very nice clean new house boat. The only problem we had was ours stuck out to far into the water and it was a very rough night the first night. There was no way to tie it down more secure to keep it from rocking so roughly. Other than that it was very nice. We had a small issue that we called about and it was immediately taken care of otherwise. Very friendly office staff. Very helpful. "

"I like to be a positive person, after reading mixed reviews on this place we booked it thinking it would be different and fun. It was different alright, as we pull up to the boat to check in (1 hour late mind you) and after receiving all the messages on what to do, Wi-Fi code, door code etc. we are looking at the boat in the day time (deceiving vrbo Pictures, taken at night so you can't see what the boat looks like in the light, classic) The door to the boat was wide open, someone was inside...

"Comfy and food location. Fun for our grandson who enjoyed fishing off the dock. Renters should know this is a lot like staying in an RV. Fun and interesting but not luxurious. We knew what to expect and it was great."

"This was a fantastic property for two couples looking for a long weekend getaway. The location was fantastic - easy drive to Marathon, walking distance to Hawks Cay’s public restaurant and marina, private access to the canal. The private pool was big enough for four adults to cool off from the Florida sun and humidity. A great stay!"
