"The property is well stocked with books and coast guard information which links in with the history of the coast guard cottage .There is a very well written book regarding Smeaton 's light house and its history .There are binoculars for bird watching and a plentiful supply of garden furniture .The beach is a couple of minutes walk away which is brilliant for families."
