"I came to Ketchikan with 2 work colleagues for a conference and the Coho Bungalow worked perfectly. We had plenty of room, all the kitchen supplies we needed for quick meals and snacks. "

"Incredibly beautiful Herring Cove. Eight and one half mile south of Ketchikan. Right on the water. We caught salmon, had a bear amble through the yard at twilight. "As I told you when I rented your VRBO this is my first experience doing so. I didn't ask sufficient questions and learned from that experience. For instance, I didn't know that the bathroom door was installed backwards and the a person could be trapped in the bathroom in a fire if the freezer door opened during that type of event. "Everything was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Location requires a rental car, but since we had one, it worked just fine. We enjoyed being so close to Herring Cove where we could watch the bears and eagles first thing every morning, and last thing every evening. Can't walk to the ocean, as the forest is too thick.
