"My husband and I could not have been any happier to have stayed at Kathy's paradise! She was an incredibly responsive host and when we walked into this quaint little slice of heaven, it was just what we needed after hours of driving. The bed was very comfortable and I even took a bath in the beautful tub with heated floors in the bathroom! "This property was very serene and beautiful. Very well kept property and check in and out were seamless. Even with the owners, a full-time tenant and guests in the other rental on the property we had complete privacy. The bed could stand for an upgrade and maybe more comfortable seating. The addition of an electric burner would complete the ability to prepare meals which would be nice. Overall a great place."

"Studio B unit is in the back of property, where we enjoyed the privacy and window view to a quaint tree filled yard. We enjoyed the visit by 2 deer the 1st morning. The bed sheets were clean and soft on the comfortable king bed. Kitchen had all the amenities needed for our 4 day stay here in Ashland, would stay again!"

"The property was exactly as described. Unit was clean, AC worked great. Courtyard was shaded and quiet and the property owner had no problem with us locking up our expensive bikes inside the yard instead of out at the bike rack. Will stay here again when visiting Ashland."

"This space was truly perfect for our small high school field trip group. The common areas are delightfully cozy and at the same time everyone had their own room and space to rest. It was absolutely the most perfect space. The kitchen was so fun to prepare meals in and the long dining table made meals extra fun. Our school group has been coming to Ashland for 35 years, and this was by far my favorite place to stay."
