"This was our second trip here because of the fantastic walk-to-everywhere location. Plenty of room for 3 friends, and we will be back soon! Just a note for improvement: The mattresses need an upgrade and there is general deferred maintenance. But overall, this is a super value for the price. Thanks Gaysha!"

"The property was just as it was presented. The four of us, two adults and two teens had an excellent stay. And so did our dog. Great location too. Would definitely go back. "

"Highly recommended. This was the perfect place for 2 couples to enjoy the Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival weekend. The Rusty Rudder, one of the venues, is right across the street! The owner, Robin, is very responsive and extremely accommodating! Would definitely come back again next year. "

The only downside is it is a bit too close to the main road, so instead of hearing waves at night we heard traffic from the road."

Good location for beach access and very nice pool. Overall our family enjoyed our stay."
