"The place was so perfect. Every detail was thought of. "

"Jam was amazing and helped with our questions and concerns. We had a great stay. The dome was clean, bathroom was clean. We had a great Jacuzzi. The property was so welcoming. We arrived very late (1130 pm) and Jam still showed us around and made us feel welcomed. It was in the jungle but within walking distance from a nearby town. "The end of the road, literally:) The house is very comfortable and once we figured out that a bit of bug spray got rid of mosquitoes we were all good. Nikki our local host (she runs a hotel in town) was very welcoming and helpful (lent me a guitar, let us use her own private beach) and Mariano helped us get bikes ready. "The house is exactly what we needed, everything was there and worked correctly. Very quick access to cinotes, and Chemuyil which had fantastic food. Every night at 8 o’clock A gentleman came by selling sweet bread that was freshly baked having breakfast in the backyard every morning was fabulous. Transit was extremely simple, so we’ve got to see any of the beaches in the ruins at Tulum within 20 minutes. We felt extremely safe and the locals were very hospitable. "At first I couldn’t seem to communicate with the property manager but once we got in communication he helped.me. I enjoyed the casita but the furniture was a little worn. It is a great area. I have friends that stay there. I was very satisfied to be there and would rent it again."

"2 weeks in this quiet home not far from a sweet Mexican town, cenotes, and beaches. The owners were easy to communicate with, and Manuela (the manager) met us. She was just a phone call away if you need anything. There’s also an incredible chef, Adela a 5 minute walk from Villa Kuxtah. "We spent a delightful six days here. We chose the location because we knew we wanted a quieter community than in Tulum and that we didn't want the all-inclusive hotel scene. We found four free cenotes within walking distance including one right across the street. It was a very short drive to the beach. And we appreciated the local restaurants just a mile away. The house was comfortable, clean and quiet."

"We really enjoyed our stay at casa Yolanda! The location is different from what vrbo says, it is not an 8 minute walk from the beach, it’s about a ten minute drive. You will need a car to stay here ( recommend Manuel rent a car in Cancun). Billy welcomed us at the property and showed us around. He even hooked us up with bikes to ride around while we were there. "Cette casa n’a pas la télé ni de radio mais elle a le wi fi. Propre et confortable Malia les coussins du divan auraient besoin de rafraîchissement et les coussins d’être nettoyés. Les persiennes en verre des fenêtres laissent pénétrer le bruit de l’autoroute. Les lits sont confortables . Il y a y tout ce dont on a besoin dans la cuisine ( vaisselle chaudron poêle ustensiles etc) la douche avait une très bonne pression d’eau et il y avait assez d’eau chaude . "The place is striking and the rooms look as they did online. The air conditioning worked well. Occasionally the water stopped, only for about a minute but when you are showering…The kitchen is very pretty and has a great stove but only one small pan, one small pot, nothing with covers for cooking (perhaps the usual crowd eats out all the time?). Perfect for 3 days, one of which we spent out. Good wi-fi. "

"The cost ended up 50+% higher, after owner changed mind few times, emailing me during the vacation, after midnight once, expecting responses while hoping to relax there. House was OK, owner difficult though. Our fifth time in neighborhood, very nice each trip, never had these issues at other casa's."
