"La estancia fue mejor de lo que imaginaba. Lo único no tan genial es la insonorización de la sala, pero según el propietario están trabajando en ello. Como una sugerencia, les sugeriría cambiar la palabra "desayuno continental" por "aperitivo dulce en la piscina ya que solo te dan un par de galletas Oreo y jugo y café... No es una queja porque por el precio no me esperaba nada extra."

They do not list that guest from the hotel may be sitting at the chairs in front of your house at any given time of the day. Upon arrival, we were given a brief tour of the home. "We have been going down to Akumal since the late 90's with owners of like business in the US. In the past we have rented several condos in half moon bay. This is the first time we have rented a large facility. It was perfect for all of us. We had 3 father and sons. So they were able to stay in the same rooms. The 13 bedrooms was perfect. Felipe was a great host. The instructions of getting from the airport to Villa Bellamar was great for the few that had never been to Akumal before....

"Our family of 15–ages 14 to 80–had a fabulous time at the Villa Turquesa. The home was perfect for a big family. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff is delightful and kept the place sparkling clean and in perfect working order. There is snorkel equipment and plenty of kayaks to make exploring the reef a pleasure. Our kids and grands said out of 27 years of family trips, this one rates up in the top 3! "

"We had a wonderful family getaway at Casa Gray with our group of eight. The house exceeded our expectations and looked even better than the pictures. "The condo was clean. The maid service was excellent. We had a door knob quit working and someone came and fixed it quickly. The condo does need updating with paint, and just to let general spruce up. The beds were excellent patio furniture is very dated. Overall, I would come back, but would hope that the owner puts a little time and money into the condo."

"Nicer than expected. Nice clean building, new comfortable spacious place with beautiful finishings, safe area. Only complaint is that we had no instructions to check in. We arrived at 8pm. Luckily a very helpful neighbor was able to contact the property manager and got us the door code to get into the place. I’d definitely recommend this place. Just make sure to get the door code before arriving. "
