"Pool and hot tub and not working. We were told at check-in, super disappointed. We’re moving across country and we all needed a hot tub. Breakfast was good. Room was good and clean. Worth the money, but we were really ticked off because there were other hotels we could have booked at if they would have updated their listing saying there wasn’t a pool or hot tub. Unfortunately, we will now need to call each property to check before we book. "

"Basketball tournament. Hotel was good except for putting us in a handicapped room just becuase I booked through a third party. Breakfast had a lot of options. Coffee amazing. Beds were super comfy. "

"Breakfast was not as good as what we get in other hotels. The hockey puck eggs were not good and we saw something that might have been sausage, but didn’t try it. Could have just been a bad day for someone. The elevator didn’t work (and had a sign), but it would travel to the floor, preventing the working elevator from coming up. That was frustrating. The place wasn’t full, but they put us next to an occupied room. So instead of a really quiet night, we got to enjoy someone else coming...
