"I've travelled a lot over the last 4 decades and Kona Palace has the best view of any property I've stayed in. It is cozy and secluded and it was amazing just to sit on the patio and watch the sun come up from the side of a mountain! The surrounding foliage is beautiful and the accomodations are comfortable. The cherry on top was finding we had a hot tub!"

"Our host as very accommodating and responded to anything we needed. The daylight lower apartment is nicely set up. We could see a little view of trees and the water from the small deck with a surrounding flowering garden.We were able to make meals on the hot plate and small refrigerator provided. A microwave and coffee pot is available too. The bathroom is beautiful and the bed comfortable. It was in a neighborhood, so stores are 20 to 30 minutes away. But we appreciated the quiet and snorkling...

"We enjoyed the view and size of house. We knew the cats were there outside, all 5 were friendly. There was some cat fur on the towels that was not expected. The checking instructions were clear, we had a little trouble finding the driveway in the dark. That was easier during the daylight the next day. All of the amenities we expected were easy to find and the host responded appropriately to all our questions. Would stay at the big house again. "

"It was a nice condo. Relaxing and spacious for family of 6. Everything was functional. The steep road to the condo was a surprise, but manageable. Short walk to pebble beach, with perfect sunset and a small trail along the shore. Only we didn't expect that much mosquitos in Feb. "

"A nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Kona but within reach of Captain Cook and Volcanoe / Hilo areas. We enjoyed our short stay chilling on the deck and exploring the farm with short drives to 2 step snorkelling and coffee farms and cafes. Nice place to return after a long day of exploring. "

"When I made the reservation, it was listed as one full (?) bed and roll out sofa. I was surprised to to find an additional full size bed in the living room. which worked out great for us. It should make it more "rentable" in the future. 2 wishes: 1) better directions to get to the property, e.g. make a turn onto Haleki'i St then ... 2) Have some kind of visual identifier to make sure we were at the correct property, e.g. a sign "Casa Grateful" or photo of the outside the house and door. We...

"This studio was perfect for our stay in Kona! The check-in process was very smooth and easy, and the place was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Chris was available whenever we needed, and he went above and beyond in his thoughtfulness to create a great experience. I will stay here again when I make it back to Kona! Highly recommend. "

"The house was stocked with food, filtered water, chocklate, juice, lotions, sunscreen, anything you might need. Kai fixed anything wrong immediately and gave us fruit daily. The location is the best for attractions & snorkeling. The house is very dpacious. The only thing wrong is that Kay's place made the next place i went to very disappointing because i was used to such a great host, space, and check in."

"Once you know that there aren’t many sand beaches on the island this property really shines. There’s a local swimming/fishing hole within easy walk, and then it’s central to exploring the other attractions around Kona and Volcanoes"

"Loved our stay here. It was the perfect spot a little off the beaten path that was a great home base for our adventures on the big island. Close enough to everything you need and far enough from the hoardes of tourists, with lots of little shops and spots to check out nearby. As for the space itself, it's super cozy and has an incredible ocean view from the screened in patio. Waking up to that view was one of the best parts of our trip. Would 100% stay here again."

"O hotel tem boa localização. O café da manhã, é simples, porém conveniente dado que há poucos hotéis que oferecem café da manhã incluso. A máquina de fazer panquecas funcionou em apenas um dos quatro dias em que estávamos. Há apenas uma opção de fruta no dia. Há uma academia pequena, porém razoável. A piscina aquecida era muito boa após a praia. O maior problema foi a limpeza. Ao chegar no quarto encontramos uma meia do hóspede anterior ao lado da cama. Ao abrir o sofá cama, achamos uma outra meia de criança e estava cheio de areia. Dentro do frigobar havia comida de hóspedes anteriores. Erraram o número de toalhas do quarto em dois dos 4 dias. "
