"Spent several nights at home for our anniversary. House was nestled in woods, away from it all and remote, which was just what we needed. Well maintained, clean, and quiet. Hot tub was a great touch and added to the Overall experience. We traveled to town for foods as needed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a couples vacation. "

"This was my husband and I’s second time here and it was even better than our first stay in 2022. Love the surrounding towns and hiking spots. The cabin is so comfortable and perfectly equipped for our small family. The hot tub, views, and wood stove are the cherry on top. We hope to continue visiting each year. "

"Lovely cabin - I rented this for myself, a friend, and my dog for a 2-day hiking trip. I appreciate that each of bedroom had its own bathroom and that there was a little trail up the hill where I could walk my dog. We had a little snafu with internet availability in the unit, but it ended up not being an issue because hiking took up most of our day. Communication with the hosts was excellent. "the cabin had everything to offer! Loved the hot tub, the wrap around porch, a cosy bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. We had trouble finding a roster for a couple of days, but then we found it on the back of the bottom cabinet. We had so much fun! Felt very safe and very comfortable. Thank you very much!"

"Overall simple and clean cabin in the woods. Good communication from the host. The listing accurately depicts the cabin interior. The bed was comfortable, nice linens, and very clean. Like some others mentioned, it was a bit close to the neighbors so if you want total privacy its not the place for you. But we lucked out and the place was pretty empty. "The house was lovely. Had everything we needed as advertised. Unfortunately, the town of Damascus was devastated by a flood due to Hurricane Helene. We lost power about 9:40am on 9/27. Also, lost water around the same time. We had to evacuate around 5:30pm on 9/27. We apologize for not being able to wash the dishes or complete some of the other check out procedures due to the circumstances. We are devastated for the community of Damascus as they have suffered catastrophic damage in town. Luckily...
