"Don't be afraid to book this place. Unlike the previous reviews which I also read, we didn't get stranded outside and check in was a breeze! Make sure to check your email the night before you arrive! A key code and check in instructions are all there. It took 5 minutes to check in on the tablet once inside since I filled out the registration (link found in the email) prior to arriving. "The house is very lovely and clean. The most important touristic sites are nearby. Yoshiko, the host, is a very kind lady. She picked us up at the station and brought us to the house. She also left fruits, bread, orange juice, butter and yogurt for our breakfast. It was a wonderful stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at this house located just off the main street in Nikko. The owner is very kind and responsive. It is a large house with three large bedrooms, a living room area, a separate full kitchen, large bathroom with washer, and lots of windows. I liked that the main living area is on the first floor (not the ground level) and the bedrooms are on the second level. The ground level is the garage. You do have to climb stairs to get in and out of the house but that wasn’t an issue...
