"Overall the experience was great, the location of the property is pretty good with multiple things to do (playgrounds, small zoo, restaurants, 30 min away from downtown, 1 hr away from San Miguel de Allende). The owner of the property was very attentive and available/supportive with the problems faced during my stay. On the downside we faced a couple of problems with the water heater and there was no hot water during the first day, we had to flush ourselves the water heater to make it work,...

"Our stay at the condo was a good one. The place was clean, in a safe area, and conveniently located within a short drive to shopping. The owners were attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. "This is a great home - our third trip to Querétaro, and our favorite rental home by far. The back yard is nice with the patio area and a small garden, and the laundry machines. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining area, living areas, and a half bath. The furniture is the most comfortable we have found in Querétaro rentals. "Lugar muy cómodo y tranquilo para descansar en Tequisquiapan y muy cerca del centro y de varios servicios. Además muy tranquilo y seguro. El único detalle es el camino de terracería para llegar aunque es muy corto. La atención de la anfitriona Laura fue excelente siempre atenta a mis mensajes. Ampliamente recomendable!"

"Came to work for the week with 2 friends, and the water was hot, the shower pressure was decent, and the apartment was clean. Evelyn, the housekeeper who handled check in was friendly. However, we experienced issues with lights, computer chairs, the front gate lock and the refrigerator during our stay, and they were all known issues getting bandaid-type fixes.
