"This is a beautiful property at an excellent location. Our villa was huge, with an amazing view. There was lots of music around the property, with some beautiful singing. The restaurants tend to be monotonous, although there are plenty of choices. The service tended to be inconsistent, and somewhat disorganized. "

"Bad check-in experience. The receptionist was lazy, didn't tell us anything about the hotel, didn't offer us the possibility of a paid upgrade, didn't want to sell us the beverage package. Regarding the room, it clearly needs an urgent renovation. Old bed, old bedding, old tv. 3 star hotel standard. I can't understand how this hotel has the Shangri-la flag. As for the staff, very kind."

"Hotel muito bom numa pequena ilha do arquipélago das Mamanucas em FIJI. O hotel e muito bom tem uma piscina muito bonita com vista para o mar incrível. Os chalés são ótimos e o nosso tinha 3 camas de casal com quarto e sala muito bons. Equipe muito atenciosa, excelente roupa de cama e banho. Comida muito boa e excelente café da manhã. Bom recife à frente onde te levam para snorkeling de jet ski. Unico ponto a destacar e que é muito caro, além da estadia, a comida é caríssima e os passeios...

"Wd love the spaciousness of the Vilkas but it’s clear they’re next on the list for an overhaul. Whilst still good for a family there are signs of the rooms needing repairs. Both our phones in our villa did not work hence we had to walk our luggage over to the Sheraton, we were missing pieces of blind (like pieces snapped off) there was constant construction noise from the Weston and re-cabling in nearby rooms. You have to commend the restaurant staff who work tirelessly to provide breakfast but...

"At first I was a bit concerned about booking a hotel so close to the airport. However, it turned out to be close enough to all the places that I wanted to see and/or the hotel is a stop for tour operators. The room was clean, comfortable and right near the beautiful pool. "All the staff were so lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, I did get food poisoning but a staff member took me to the local medical centre and I got some medication which fixed it quickly. Other than this, it is a perfect escape for families/couples. If you are looking to do more island hopping it might be a bit far, but we found some fun activities near the property. "

"Não recomendo esse hotel pelas seguintes razões: 1) Check-in 15h e check-out 10h; 2) Apenas uma funcionária para realizar o check-in de 10 pessoas, o que causou em uma demora demasiada; 3) Péssimo atendimento por parte da recepcionista na noite do dia 21/06; 3) Ar-condicionado quebrado. Apesar de ter informado o ocorrido, o hotel simplesmente nada fez; 4) Valor acima da média em relação a outros hotéis localizados na mesma região; 5) O restaurante de pizza é muito ruim. Pizza de freezer...
