"Positives 1.Extremely comfortable beds, we slept so well. 2.The water pressure in the shower was super strong. Wonderful shower. 3. Location is perfect. 4. Lovely patio area overlooking the library. 5. Wonderful service from reception. Negatives- breakfast I was so surprised how poor the breakfast was and this is something that could be remedied easily. The coffee was too weak (almost transparent). First morning i ordered the eggs and almost cried when i saw the quantity of food on the plate....

"Depois de 2 dias e da utilização de 3 voos, a chegada ao hotel foi tardia. O quarto fornecido não era em piso elevado, como havíamos solicitado, mas depois de uma desculpa que não nos convenceu, foi-nos prometido um quarto no 3.º piso no dia seguinte, o que veio a acontecer.O mar não é aconselhável. Águas barrentas e a possibilidade de jellyfish, como o hotel honestamente anuncia em cartaz. Bom jacuzzi. O pior, a presença de uma instalação sonora 50 metros do hotel que pouco antes das 6 horas...

"We arrived, and the room was already opened with the A/C turned on. Huge Room (familiar) and the bathroom was big enough to have the shower well separated. They brought more towels on the second day. They brought the newspaper to the door. Simply wonderful."

"Nice hotel with a lot of charm. Well located, in walking distance of everything interesting in Georgetown. The rooms are big with nice furnitures. Sound isolation is not super good but can be managed with ear plugs. Breakfast is not really a plus. Food choice is limited and you can eat great local breakfast arround the hotel. We didn’t try the restaurant for supper. "

"This hotel has a very touristic localization and a very clean room. The staffs were not nice with us, they were not polite and simphatic. Pictures don't show reality about the hotel. We wouldn't come back for sure. They really have to learn about hopitality."

"Excellent welcome from the staff, shout out to Yun Li for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and knowledgeable about traversing through Penang. She had a lot of great advice and was able to get us restaurant reservations on short notice. The service at Noordin Mews was superb. The doors are quirky though, watch your fingers opening and closing them! There's a public shower and washroom which we were told we could use after we checked out and before we flew out.
