"Da hora q cheguei até a hora q fui embora o hotel não teve luz. Bizarro!! Tudo em volta tinha luz, menos lá. Não tivemos café da manhã. O recepcionista de primeira falou q não poderíamos entrar no quarto pois não tinha como fazer o check in, depois de insistir, ele conseguiu um quarto. Sem internet, sem água quente… Lamentável! Gastei minha noite do hotéis.com nisso!!! Bem, north Carolina ganhou o selo tá visto!!!!!! Nunca mais!!!"

"Nicest staff of any hotel we’ve stayed! There was a water main break in the area during our stay and the hotel had no water, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate everyone. The hotel is right across from Carowinds, super convenient. The hotel is dated, but very clean. We will definitely stay here in the future. "

"My boyfriend and i had our 3 boys (his 11 yr old and my 11 and 13 yr old) plus his childs 11 yr old friend and we had an amazing time. Felt safe and comfortable enough to let our kids eat up front by themselves. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Will be staying thete again when possible."
