"We came in to tour the college. Everyone was very friendly at the front desk. But we never got housekeeping done to our room. I had to call two times Finally at7:00 pm Sunday night someone brought a couple of towels. Our room when we got there was clean. But it is a noisy hotel."

"Drury's is always a win for us. We love the facilities and the helpfulness of the staff. We had an odd experience on this stay the did not allow me to give the normal 5 star review. After midnight, we were all awoken to a knock on our door. It was a pizza delivery guy (at least that what he said) that said he was at the wrong room. I called the front desk and the attendant said that they indeed checked in and he sent them to room 229. He knocks on our room, room 209. Here's my beef. I...

"There is very limited parking for this hotel and the spaces are very small. It is a downtown hotel so expect road noise all night. Try to get a room on the back of the property. Easy walking distance to Neyland stadium. Staff is helpful. Good breakfast. "

"Infelizmente não foi o que imaginava. Não sabia que tudo se pagava. Toalha, panelas, roupa de cama, tudo. Eu vi que no site da Hotéis.com fala sobre isso. Não me atentei a isso. Poderiam deixar mais claro. Elevador muito sujo, corredores muito sujo. Meu quarto tinha uma meia atrás do lixo do banheiro. Tinha um Gatorade começado na geladeira. Experiência muito ruim."

"Cool place, strong smell in the lobby that made us book it out of there quickly. Parking was unexpected too, luckily we were able to find free overnight street parking and just woke up early to move it. Cool place though, definitely unique. The bar was sad though and we didn’t go in."
