"Everything was perfect except the bedroom was unbearably hot. Could not turn off bathroom heating or open window beyond 10cms (appreciate health and safety issues), so ended up with fan on all night. Rather negates other excellent environmental measures..fresh milk in jugs so no plastic, opportunity to reuse towels etc. "

"O hotel fica em uma ilha, devido a tempestade ocorrida na região o serviço de travessia foi cancelado e não havia condições de chegar lá. Fiz contato com Antecedência solicitando o cancelamento da estadia por motivo de força maior e não fui atendida, achei completa falta de respeito. "

"We only stayed one night over NYE due to its proximity to the event we were at so we didn’t use the hotel’s facilities. The staff were very friendly at reception and in the restaurant where breakfast was served. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The hotel room itself was clean and fine for our requirements but it was definitely in need of updating."

"I stayed at La Fregate over the new year period and was looked after impeccably. The room was beautifully clean and the outlook over Saint Peter Port was stunning.
