I’m not sure that these two items were noted on the site when we made and paid for our reservation. Otherwise, the room was very nice and clean, the front desk folks were very helpful and friendly. Our groups only complaints were of minor things: there was no extra disposable products like paper towels and garbage bags, and very limited toilet paper. I feel like for a quality property like this, which costs what it does, it's reasonable to expect extras of this kind of thing.Again otherwise it was perfectly good. And overall a 9/10"

"The check in process was very straightforward and simple. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The unit was bright and plenty large for us. The location is outstanding, close to parks, bars and restaurants. Walking distance to everything we needed. We went to the Clemson football game Saturday and it was a simple 45 minute ride each way with traffic. I would definitely rent this property again "

"When we arrived we noticed the place was not up on cleaning. Dust on tables, dishes still in the dishwasher and the bathroom had mold around the chalk line around the faucet area. I reached out to the owners on the day we arrived about this and not only they didn’t have any washcloths. The next day WE went to the store and got bathroom cleaning stuff and washcloths. Still have not received any response from the owners. So disappointed. I have pictures of the mold."
