"Para um hotel neste padrão, eu esperava ter uma resposta bem mais rápida as solicitações. Pedi que meu quarto fosse limpo e organizado todos os dias. No primeiro dia, nada feito. No segundo dia falei com o atendente da recepção e ao chegar à noite novamente nada havia sido feito. "The property was easy walking distance to shopping and great food. Located right at the falls. Building is beautiful, clean, well maintained. Valet parking was 35$/ day. Parking a short walking distance away, but in an open parking lot is 5$ per day"

"As expected from the chain, beautiful rooms, lobby, etc. Very well located. However, it is not a grade 9 like it was pointed out by the website. I needed one more blanket, it was bedtime, the front desk told me to go down and get. Did not go, and slept without it. The blackout curtain did not work- we only found out when it was sleep time - wanted to sleep more, but it was bright inside the bedroom. "The location right by the river was great. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. I wish the water pressure was higher in the shower though. The included breakfast was one of the best ones ever offered by a hotel. If we ever go back to Greenville SC I would definitely stay there again!"

"The room was very clean. Check in was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Big room and bathroom. Room had microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker. We didn't make it to the evening reception. The breakfast was wonderful. They had eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, grits, oatmeal, pastries, cereal. "
