"Unfortunately, we were unable to make the trip this time. We had to dodge Hurricane Milton at first, then an emergency that came up hours before our rescheduled flight and we had to miss our Fall visit. Fina was ever so accommodating, understanding and wonderful as usual!!! She is an outstanding hostess and we can't wait until May to visit again for our third stay at Seabiscuit. "It’s hard to put into words the beauty of Moriah Harbor and being able to stay right on her beautiful waters in the Mandarin House. "Gorgeous beach front area that is quiet and is a great deal! Small family run resort/cottages on the north western end of island 45 minutes from Georgetown and 28 minutes from airport. Good communication with host. Resort restaurant did buffet on Sundays. You need to call them if you want service at other times. Free kayaks to use. Paddling to pig island takes only 30 minutes each way. Highly recommend renting a car. If your cottage has a kitchen, bring frozen food and staples...
