"fabulous relaxing stay, with use of the spa-fire, ice and relaxation massage. It was a little bit stressful trying to get the massage, fire and ice booked at the beginning. As the initial conversations with the booking team told us there was limited availability for the spa and massage even though we were booking 4 weeks in advance. After some further calls we agreed to have treatments at 11 and 12pm with lunch at 2pm, yet we were still without a fire and ice booking as we were told it’s full...

"The staff were friendly and accomdating and eager to please. There was an unfortunate incident, in which the electrics failed and staff, (Alison) despite difficult weather conditions had everything sorted in an impressive 10-15mins. Very nice and comfortable accommodation with lovely views "
