"I booked two triple rooms for my family and I. Check in was easy and check staff friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean, quiet. They had enough pillows and towels. "Was there for an event and rated two nights. They were slammed but did a good job addressing all those checking in. The room had no ac and no windows and it was the summer so it was incredibly hot and no air flow. The bed was not all that comfortable but the room was everything we needed and the location was excellent. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shops and basically steps from the train station. They provide soap, shampoo, coffee and cookies. Staff were helpful and the place was clean. "
