"This property is a jewel in Fayetteville. Plenty of room for families to spread out with two separate living areas, as well as three bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a large dining table. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We were there during the winter, but the back yard looks like lots of fun with a table for outdoor dining and a fire pit. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Zen Garden is a nice property that is probably great in non Winter seasons when you can enjoy the outside space.Property is spacious and clean, and the owner is very responsive.There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed, such as front porch light not working, but overall, it a pretty good choice."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay. My wife and I and 3 children. 2 adult daughters 22yrs and 19yrs and one 10 year old son. The house was very nice super clean located in a nice gated neighborhood. We used the kitchen and had everything we needed. The rooms had good amount of space and beds were comfortable. My son enjoyed the games while there. My daughter enjoyed the privacy as she did a little studying. We enjoyed being together and being able to retreat to separate rooms for privacy....

"1st the house that it showsin the picturesis not the right house when i got there i couldn't go in to the house, then the home owner took me to a different property that was terrible it was spider web in all the house the bathroomit was dirty. The house doesn't heat or AC he probided leatle heateds i was very disappointed not happy at all."

"I could have lived here. Everything was so nice! The furniture was so comfortable, big screen, pool table, hot tub, it all made for a very enjoyable stay! "Great location, clean property. A few challenges: 1) the bed in the first bedroom squeeks terribly. If you move in your sleep, it wakes you up. 2) The notification says that the TV runs on Hulu. It does not -- it runs on Spectrum (there should be a booklet that tells you how to operate the TV). 3) There should be instructions on how to open the front door, in advance. Just providing the code doesn't tell you that you need to hit other buttons before you enter the code."
