"This property is perfect especially off-season as it is very close to town, gives you room in the unit, is across the street from the beach, and is very quiet and affordable. There is a kitchen so you can cook if you want to and they give you a coffee maker to use but no coffee like a hotel does. No hair dryer, either, so bring one if its cool out! I have not been to this property during pool season so I cannot say anything about that but for beach access this is a great spot although not on...

"smooth check in, very clean place, via text comunication extremely effective, we also loved the small kitchen in the room, ideal for some coffee making or warming ubp a bite we simply loved the place."

"The pictures of the property showed the bed in the bedroom facing the window with direct ocean views I was dis appointed to find out the bed was moved and no longer faced the ocean view."

"Nothing negative to say. The owner came to greet us on our arrival, and showed us around the property. The house and grounds are family friendly with safety features for toddlers. Plenty of room for a large group. Parking for one car at the beach, and a short walk if all cannot fit in the car. The two outdoor showers are great when returning from the beach."

"My family stayed here for 2 nights (husband, myself and my 2 kids - age 8 and age 11). The condo was super clean and check-in was really easy. Location was amazing - right across the street from the beach and we were also able to walk into town (about a 25 min walk to town). Highly recommend this place and would defintely stay here again. "Margaret is just wonderful. We felt like we were staying at a dear family member’s home. Stayed in her very private upstairs suite and it was perfect for me, my wife and our pup. He had a blast running around the yard, meeting the chickens going to the bay beach etc. We had the best time! Thank you Margaret!!"
