"Enjoyed our weekend stay at this beautiful home. It was everything that it stated and then some. We were in for a family weekend event and the homebase was perfect. "This is a lovely property in a very good location. The pool, hot tub and pickleball courts are amazing and we used them all. Lots of outdoor seating and a great grill. We had a large family get together and there was space for everyone. You’re close to beaches and it’s less than 10 minutes from the Southampton jitney stop. Please note that you should bring extra toilet paper, shampoo, soap because what’s provided won’t last you if you’re there for a few days. We flew in from London with carry on...

"Beautiful property and an amazing host."

"Comfortably appointed house with a tranquil and relaxing backyard waterfront view of North Sea Harbor. We enjoyed watching the wild birds, including egrets and a family of Swans that we were able to feed from the dock. Conveniently located between the villages of Southampton and Sag Harbor, the house is also within walking distance of Towd Point Beach where the water is clear and warmer than expected. Mark was a very attentive host and make sure that our stay was wonderful, which it was."
