"My family and I had a wonderful 5 days at this property. There were plenty of comfortable bedrooms to accommodate our whole group with room to spare. Very pleased with the amount of bath towels and beach towels provided along with the many toys for the lake. Our host was very accommodating and we all appreciated that. If we are ever back in the area again, we will certainly book again!"

"Annual trip to a dynamic college football scene. Gamecocks rated as one of the top tailgates in the country. Three guys stayed at the Turquoise Door in Lexington and it was perfect for our needs and access to Columbia. Would totally recommend this property to anyone for pretty much any VRBO need! "

"We enjoyed our stay & was very close to Fort Jackson for our sons graduation. Would stay there again!"

"We had a busy weekend so did not spend a lot of time at the home but it was a great location and great space for our family."

"We had 4 families that had kiddos playing in an All State Baseball tournament form NC. We wanted something that we could all enjoy together while. It being at the fields. Perfect place to hang out and let the kids hang. Even though it was freezing they all jumped in the pool. We loved the history and lived in feel art this home. "

"Our three generation family group very much enjoyed our stay. The setting of the house is even better than advertised, as it sits within its own small cove where the water is much calmer than the main channel. Everyone enjoyed swimming off the dock without any concern about passing boats. The house itself was clean and roomy. On the first day of our stay, we had a few reasons to contact the owners, who provided quick responses. We are happy to recommend this home to others."

Positives - No noise overnight from the other occupants, the hotel/surrounding area felt safe, well lit parking lot, lots of food options nearby, very convenient to the highway but road noise wasn’t too noticeable, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
