"We were visiting Chapin for an engagement party. The house was perfect for our adult children and their spouses and a great rendezvous point. The house was very nicely Appointed and had all the modern conveniences necessary to be comfortable. The home has a HUGE pool which made it very nice for a cool dip.The owner communication was nice, he reached out on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home for anyone staying in Chapin without the need to...

"Beautiful house in a perfect location. Quiet and peaceful with amazing views but still close enough to town so you can grab a bite or get groceries. Ideal placement on the lake as well, great starting point for all boating activities. We loved this stay and hope to make it an annual holiday."

"This small cabin right on the lake is exactly how it is pictured on VRBO. It was extremely clean and communication with Candy was immediate and helpful. We did have a little difficulty with the front door lock but Candy fixed it remotely right away. The kitchen needs more drinking glasses. The dog pen is fantastic and shaded and the dogs enjoyed being able to run free. All in all, it was a great long weekend getaway with the grandkids who wore themselves out jumping off the deck and swimming....

"This was an amazing property and worked wonderfully for our stay with 9 adults and 7 kids.There was plenty for the kids to do all day and night and the home had all the room we needed to stay spread out.The pictures for this listing are amazing but things are even better in-person. Extremely responsive and proactive host made booking and prepping for our stay easy. We can't wait to visit this special property again."

"We came to Lexington for a wedding and chose to stay on the Lake and enjoy our Memorial Day long weekend. Our hosts Kerri and Randy were excellent! We enjoyed the views, the sunsets, hot tub, and their beautiful back yard. "

"This is our favorite location of Lake Murray; a quiet cove that feels remote but just minutes from the convenience of downtown Lexington. The bungalow was just as advertised and was fantastic. Clean space with well stocked kitchen and amenities. We were able to dock our boat for the long weekend and spent time on both the floating dock and covered portion enjoying the views. Thanks Kent for an amazing stay. "

"My visit was relaxing and enjoyable. Clean and spacious home. For future renters, As a solo female I felt very safe during my stay. The cove was calming. I saw many wildlife and enjoyed a trip on the lake with the kayak. The host has gone above and beyond to make sure renters have everything they may need. To the host, thank you for sharing your home with me! "
