"Edward is a fantasic host. Be sure to check with him about rental cars, breakfasts and shuttle service. We stayed two weeks and had our own home--better than expected. Secure parking, close walk to dining and essentials in a safe feeling neighborhood. There is a small grocery directly across the street. This location is close to the airport and great for accessing attractions to the north and the central market in Alejuela. "

"The grounds of this home are even more beautiful than the pictures. It is a sensory feast - the gardens, butterflies, parrots, iguanas, songbirds, toucans, ocean and mountain views, smells of flowers and jungle - you just don't get tired of it. Only the bedrooms have AC, so the main living area can get warm midday, but the fans held a lot. The kitchen is set up well for making family meals (and saving money as eating out is pricey). O local, Manuel António, é provavelmente o mais bonito da Costa Rica, com praia e selva. A Jakie foi muito precisa na comunicação e, para nossa surpresa disse-nos que o Chef está incluído no preço, ou seja, o Chef Didier, faz-nos o pequeno-almoço e o Jantar e nós só temos de pagar as compras do supermercado, que o próprio Didier se encarrega de fazer! "Excellent property. Beautiful setting with short walks to beaches. The pool and hot tub were both utilized a ton during our stay. Jorge and Hazel from the concierge team were both amazing at responding and taking care of any requests or questions… The house had everything we needed and more. Having access to a washer and dryer was an added bonus… Amazing stay. I would not hesitate to return. "

Good place, no room service though

"Good hotel, remodeling was well done. Nice pool, good gym, nice rooms. But there is no room service!!! The restaurant is good, but they close early, kitchen closes around 9:40 pm. If you need food after that, gotta order from outside. Also beware that 18% gratuity charge is already included in restaurants’ check. "

"Tivemos uma boa estadia, o quarto tinha um bom tamanho e a cama era super confortável, roupas de cama de excelente qualidade. Café da manhã com mta variedade, mas a qualidade não era das melhores. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. A área da piscina é bonita, jardim bem cuidado."

"Gostamos de tudo no geral. O pequeno almoço deveria ter fruta e sumos naturais. O nosso cartão do quarto foi desmagnetizado duas vezes antes do check-out, o que nos causou alguns atrasos. "
