"The property is impressive from the outside, cosy and comfortable on the inside. The staff are warm and friendly and welcoming. the facilities are good, lovely swimming pool nice bar and restaurant. The reason I have not given 5 star is 1. Temperature a little cool in the bar. 2. Toiletries in the rooms lacking considering the quality of hotel. 3. The bed was not re made although towels and water and tea coffee etc were replaced. So maybe they got distracted and forgot the bed. Not that I can't...

"Amazing budget hotel. Room was tip-top. Clean, tidy, and presented very well indeed. Warm welcome at check-in. Can't fault the room for the price. Will happily stay there again without a second thought."

"Superb location near Norwich Cathedral. Lovely characterful old building complex which was spotless. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast buffet (just steer clear of the awful ketchup and brown sauce). However , if you are going to put an iPad in each room which supposedly has guest information, then make sure it's charged for use.
