As a bonus, the home includes four adult bikes for exploring the surrounding area, with beach access just a short stroll away. This home offers the convenience of docking a 22-foot boat parallel to its dock. However, please note that boats longer than 22 feet cannot be accommodated. Additionally, there is no boat ramp available, and trailers are not permitted in the driveway of this property.
