What's to come, A gorgeous remodel in modern elegance that's perfect for the Gulf View. New quartz countertops, new kitchen backsplash, and can lighting throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked for total convenience. The living area consists of a new sofa/sleeper, and a large mounted wall TV with patio doors that lead to the most spectacular view of Emerald Green water you will ever see.
The Master bedroom is totally remodeled with new carpet and a half bath with a new designer vanity and mirror and lighting. Followed by the full bath totally redesigned with a gorgeous standup shower, new recessed lighting, and new vanity, and mirrors. Bunkbeds are located in the hall for convenience for the young ones.
The unit has a washer & dryer for your convenience.
Crystal Sands 104A is located in the popular Crystal Beach area and is close to Destin Common and Bass Pro Shop, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Harbor Walk Village, and many other restaurants within minutes away.
This condo is few and far between because it offers you clean, relaxation, and the most beautiful sunsets you will ever witness while sipping on a glass of wine or just enjoying a tall glass of iced tea.

Great stay!

Always love a trip to Destin especially the Crystal Beach area. Condo is as advertised and is nicely renovated with all the necessities.Would happily stay again!

Summer 2025 kick off

Stay was good and condo was excellent. Bed was slightly hard and upstairs folks were loud and heavy footed (aka thunder paws).We have stayed at several condos in complex and this one was one of the most comfortable. Might only suggest a better mattress in bedroom.

Wonderful Anniversary Trip!

This was our first time to visit Destin Florida. We came for our tenth year anniversary. The condo was very, very nice! It was clean, well furnished and practical for vacationers. We loved staying on the beach! The blue, green water and white sands were picture perfect. The beach chair service was a great plus. We enjoyed walking to the Destin Commons and restaurants nearby. We would recommend staying here!

Great place to stay!

Weā€™ve stayed in this complex several times. The location and peaceful beach area is perfect! First time in this condo and it was just as nice as the others. Itā€™s very organized and well stocked. Highly recommend and hope to stay again!

I was SO nervous to book our stay in Destin as we had never been. I went back and forth between 2 listings and finally decided to book at Crystal Sands because it was on the 1st floor and right on the beach. It was absolutely perfect for my family of 5! There was an initial musty smell when we arrived, but went away. The pool is a little small, but we were there for the beach. And our upstairs neighbors must have had little kids because they were constantly running around making noise. But despite those issues we loved every minute of it and did not want to leave. We're already talking about booking here again!

Beautiful Property

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 teens). The location to the beach was beyond perfect. And, it was so clean!!! We would definitely recommend and will stay again on our next trip to Destin.

Great stay

The condo was super clean and adorable. The steps to the beach made it much more enjoyable. Just need to bring your own beach towels and food condiments. We did walmart delivery which worked out perfectly. Short drives to restaurants and the shopping plaza. We walked go Crab Trap one evening for dinner. Complimentary beach chairs were great. I would stay here again!

Gorgeous view!

We had a great stay and Iā€™m probably just nitpicking. Overall the place was pretty clean. It smelled a little musty when walking in. The fridge had some visible food spills that hadnā€™t been thoroughly cleaned and the high touch areas like the cabinets and doors had visible dirt/stains. Not a huge deal, but being a little bit of a germaphobe I notice those things. I would say it was a little too small for us. It was my husband and I, two teenagers and a 6 yr old. The teens slept in the bunks and the little one with us. My teens didnā€™t have anywhere to put their luggage because of the bunks being in the hall. I think it would be fine with younger kids that donā€™t have a lot of stuff and need to do hair and makeup etc. Again not a big deal just wanted to let others know would probably be too small for bigger teens and other adults. Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. The view and location was amazing! The place is beautifully decorated and designed. We had a great time!

The most convenient beach stay ever!

The place was perfect. Clean and convenient. Literally right on the private beach and yet close to restaurants and shopping, too. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. We hope to return and will request this unit again if itā€™s available.

Fantastic home.

We were truly pleased with everything. The pictures give a great insight as to what this condo really looks like inside. It was very clean, the beach really is steps from the back patio area and the location is perfect. As others have mentioned, the complimentary beach chairs are wonderful (have some cash for tipping) A few things we think are worth mentioning to future renters is that you will want to bring your own beach towels, they are not provided and itā€™s not mentioned in the listing. Another mention would be that the kitchen in the condo is very well stocked with dishes, pans etc. however there is no basic spices or things like aluminum foil, storage bags etc. It seems like every VRBO is different, some provide these things and some donā€™t. We just didnā€™t know and again it wasnā€™t mentioned in the listing so we thought we would share this for others. There is a Walmart and grocery store close by so you can get these things, we used Walmart plus and had things delivered as we didnā€™t have a car. Again, this was a FANTASTIC place! We will definitely be coming back.

We have stayed at this property for the past 10 years and we love it! This was our first year to stay in this specific condo and it was also great! It was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. You could tell there was detail to attention by the owner. With steps to the beach and chair/umbrella rental included, it was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Quiet getaway

We rented this condo for a birthday trip and it did NOT disappoint. The kitchen was fully stocked, we loved the fact that there were 2 toilets and the easy access to the beach and the view was amazing. We will definitely be back.
