"We were in town for Miss Mississippi and stayed at this lovely upstairs apartment! With 4 people, we knew we’d need more than a hotel room and this apartment fit the bill beautifully and was within our budget!We loved our stay and even though we ran into a few things to note, we’ve already discussed that we hope to rent again next year if our girls are Magnolia Belles again! "Alvin was a great host, we ran late getting there, Alvin called to check on us. Helped with detailed instructions. Actually waited up on us past his bedtime. He was there each time we came off the lake, shared stories. He treats you in a manner that makes you relaxed and feel welcome. His location is away from traffic, yet close to docks and restaurants. Definitely consider for the peace and quiet, much preferred over hotel room. Great stay."

"We can't say enough positive about the property and especially the manager/owner. The property is an updated apartment for sure. Clean, well equipped, and spacious. She texted us twice in our four night stay to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend this property!!! Thank you!!"
