The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming — which, honestly, is not very common in South Florida, so this was a refreshing surprise. I’ve been coming to Deerfield Beach for years, always staying near the north side of the pier because I love the beach there, but I had never been fully satisfied with the places I stayed — until now. "I just loved how close the property was to the beach and not far from a bus stop as i travelled from Jamaica I was able to move around easily my 7 year old loved the property and the pool"

"Our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location was great-close to shops, beach and restaurants. The building is quiet and other guests were all kind and respectful. Easy access to all floors by elevator or stairs.The pool was amazing! Phyllis was responsive and easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay. We loved staying here and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you! "

"We came to Deerfield beach to celebrate both of our girls birthdays and to move our oldest into FAU. The property was gorgeous and had amazing views. The sunrises were fantastic. We enjoyed the beach the waves and the views. We were even lucky enough to see a massive sea turtle (at least 4 feet) during our nightly beach walk and crab chases. "

"The studio is well decorated and is even tho you can’t see the ocean from the unit there is a seating area right outside the door that does have a view. Right now there is construction going on next door which the owner had mentioned. If you are out and about during the day or spending the day on the beach then it’s not going to negatively affect your stay. "
