Fully equipped condo is right on the beach!

The master suite has a king bed, it's own bath and direct oceanfront view with TV and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin/full bunk bed with it's own TV.

The building has a private picnic area with a gas barbecue for guest use. Walking distance to on-beach dining; Chase's on the Beach, Tiki Bar, Toni and Joe's and Flagler Ave.

Location: New Smyrna Beach Inlet has the best waves on East Coast of Florida. 15 miles south of Daytona, and 55 miles east of Orlando and Disney, You can enjoy everything from central Florida's amusement parks, to relaxing on what some consider to be 'the best beach in the world'.

Local parks with access to river where you can boat, jet ski, kayak, fish, crab and see the manatees and dolphins. Flagler Avenue close by for great shopping.

Beautiful view with a feeling of home
The view of the ocean is amazing, the kitchen is well stocked and user friendly, the washer/dryer is modern and efficient, and the host communicates promptly. Great location, loved our time here.

Vacation cut short!!
We stayed on the east coast as a very last minute decision due to our normal west coast location having damage from Hurricane Helene. I had no problems with check in and was thoroughly impressed with Patrick’s communication with me. Patrick actually reached out to me before I had a chance to let him know we’d likely be leaving ahead of our scheduled time due to Hurricane Milton. Patrick was very understanding and easy to work with regarding our refund due to circumstances beyond either of control. If we decide to vacation on the east coast I would certainly reach out to Patrick without hesitation!!

Beautiful and right on the beach!
My.two young adult sons and I stayed and absolutely loved being right on the beach. Convenient and beautiful views from every room in the condo. Close to grocery store and a great ice cream place. The building does.not have many units in it and i appreciated that. Parking was easy and close, not a sprawling parking lot. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed. Check-in was smooth.

NSB Palm House
We love the Palm House. Everything was as expected. Clean and right on the ocean! Can see the Atlantic from almost every room! Patrick very promptly took care of a small glitch we had in checking in! Our family of six loves this location. Condo had everything we needed. Only negative I would add would be updating the tvs in the bedrooms to have smart tvs and have them on the wall for more dresser space.

Great place but needs some TLC
Great place and location but the unit itself needs some attention, small stuff like paint, towel rack in master bathroom was off the wall and under the sink, toaster and coffee maker could be replaced…. Just little stuff that needs some attention. We had a great time and the owner was very responsive to one issue we had, I would absolutely recommend and we would stay again ourselves, so not intended to be a negative review at all.

This is a very nice condo. Pictures were very accurate. Location is good, can walk to several restaurants about 1/3 mile away, chases and the tiki bar on the beach and fancier Napa across the highway. But the reason I’d really recommend this condo is the host. Patrick could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Unfortunately the elevator was broke for the first 10 days but he actually met me and helped with getting luggage and groceries up the 4 flights of stairs. Even though the condo needs some updating it was clean and I’d stay again.

Very nice
Check in was easy. Condo clean and had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful. Pool is not heated but more fun swimming in the ocean. Overall great time. Would stay there again!

Non working elevator
Were not made aware until 2 weeks prior to stay that elevator was not working. At that time we were told they were working on elevator 10-14 days to get it working. One week before our stay 2/9/24 we were told elevator would not be working and what would we like to do. We were already in Florida which left us with only option of taking the stairs. We already made full payment for stay. The condo we stayed in was on the 5th floor. We were made aware by our neighbors in the condo that the elevator has not been working since September 2023. We did not see any work being done on the elevator during our stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay… right on the beach! It was beautiful and exactly as described. The property owner was also wonderful.. easy to get ahold of and answered/addressed any problems. A great place to stay!

Wow! What a great condo!
This is a great ocean front condo with fantastic views and plenty of nearby amenities. We loved our stay at this condo. Has one of the best views of the entire complex. Felt secure and safe at this beautiful place.

We stayed 3 weeks in this condo during January. Patrick was excellent , answered any questions within 24 hours, gave suggestions including watching a space x launch from our deck, and made a quick repair when contacted. This condo had every thing we needed and we highly recommend it. Our stay was better than we ever anticipated!

Beautiful!
Right on the beach. Morning & evening walks on the beach. Sound of the ocean is beautiful. The deck is perfect for morning coffee and amazing view. Private property pool. Perfect for my family of 4 (2 kids loved the bunk beds) and my parents. New Smyrna Beach is such a cute town. October is generally less busy & absolutely lovely. We even got to see a space shuttle launch from the balcony/deck. Kitchen is great, so you don’t have to eat out all the time. Also, laundry was nice to pack a little less. Perfect family vacation spot!

Better than expected!
The place was perfect! Family of 4 (2 kids - 8 & 11) - the location couldn't be any better to spend the whole day at the beach! parking was easy and secure. The pool was private and we were the only ones most of the time. The place was so big and kids loved having their own bedrooms (so much better than staying at a resort!) - the kitchen was fully equipped (actually better equipped than mine at home :)) - the views...just perfection! Next time we are planning a trip to Florida, we will be staying there!

Quiet, well-placed retreat on driving beach
Everything we needed to relax, rejuvinate, & reconnect this year as a family of 4 living in different states. Felt safe/secure; easy parking & check-in; clean; comfy beds & seating, plenty of hot water, consistant well-tuned air conditioning; good sound dampening with very little neighborly noise but still could hear ocean waves at night. (I know these should seem like a given, but were deal-breakers at other places we'd stayed over the years.) Owner is very responsive to any questions. We cooked many meals here but plenty of great eateries close by. Ample dishes, flatware, & cook/bake ware; full kitchen fits 1 cook very well (2 might be a squeeze). We ate & lived on that balcony, awesome views & breeze! We watched pods of dolphins, rocket launch, turtles nesting...pleasantly surprised at how quiet & uncrowded drive-on beach is, this location is awesome. Basic beach supplies/ games in condo; beach itself is soft firm sand & literally steps from gated access. Decor has a personal, beachy feel with a hint of old-world Florida, really comfortable & geared for easy sand & clutter control. We loved that the most basic paper products, meal condiments & toiletries were here initially; we didn't need to go shopping immediately,, we hit the beach instead! All appliances are super quiet, great-quality; in-unit laundry allowed us to travel light. We literally brought a swimsuit, sunglasses & sunscreen, toothbrush & paste, a few clothes changes, & tennis rackets (public courts close by). Unpacked in no time,, plenty of drawers/closets/hangers, good use of available space. Loved board games, Iarge screen TV for family movie nights + bedroom TV's. We found Win Dixie & Walmart near I-95 was a short drive for much better prices than nearby Publix, but everything--market, shopping, fun stuff--is close. The few drawbacks: Bought our own boogie boards, the ones here were already worn/cracked. Elevator service limited during our visit, working above 2nd floor & slow but repairs in progress. Bedroom & balcony space adequate for 4 adults; is not suitable for handicapped, they wouldn't find it as comfortable as we did (and isn't advertized as such, just to be clear). The combined, added costs for cleaning, VRBO fees & FL tax (those last two are VERY HEFTY) a real consideration, but this was a very fair deal overall. We enjoyed our visit very much & would love to stay here again.

Great location for the family
Loved the location and views. Nice accomodations and spacious. Could have been cleaner and was lacking some supplies but no big issues. Would recommend the property and will rent the property again.
